Chakra Journey Course
Eight Stand Alone Recorded Classes
Journey through the seven main Chakras, one chakra at a time. In each Chakra Journey expect a short presentation, an active and dynamic flow that includes asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), mantra & meditation. You will breathe, move and flow – awakening and recognizing your personal energy. You will discover sounds, colors, and essential oils that enhance each Chakra. All eight recordings sent to your inbox for you to journey at your own pace.
Each recording is accompanied by a beautifully designed handout that directly speaks and teaches about the chakra you'll experience in a specially designed flow that finishes out the recording with a meditation for that specific chakra. Also included is a homework page for journaling and suggestions for strengthening the chakra.

What is a Chakra?
Originating from within ancient yoga systems of India, chakras are energy centers where consciousness and the physical body meet. In our chakras, we receive, assimilate and transmit life’s energies.
This workshop series will introduce you to the 7 main Chakras in the body. In each stand alone week, we'll explore how each individual Chakra is connected with our mind, body, and spirit well-being and understanding of who we are. We'll go on a journey to engage all of the senses through an experience designed to unlock, clear, and balance the energy at each Chakra.
The result of this work will help you become more aware of how energy affects your thoughts, emotions and body, and it will offer you practical ways to bring your inner and outer world into harmony.

1st Chakra – Root | I Am
The yoga practice will guide you through a series of asana (poses) & pranayama (breathing exercises) to balance the root chakra and cultivate grounding with gratitude. When the root chakra, or Muladhara, is out of balance a person can feel anxious, uneasy, fearful, worried and stressed. This can lead to low energy and low immunity and an overall sense of instability. Use the tools of yoga to strengthen and balance to the root chakra, the foundation of all the other chakras. Cultivate self love, stability, and sense of security. You are worthy and deserving. Remind yourself, you are awesome and you are supported! Take good care of yourself so you can take good care of others.
2nd Chakra – Sacral | I Feel
The yoga practice will guide you through a series of asana (poses) & pranayama (breathing exercises) to balance the Sacral Chakra for creativity and emotional stability. You will find awareness for accepting others and new experiences; in letting go and being in the flow. The Sacral Chakra holds the basic needs for sexuality, creativity, intuition, and self-worth. It is also about emotions, friendliness, and confidence. Take good care of yourself so you can be free to connect on a deeper level with yourself and others.
3rd Chakra – Solar | I Do
The yoga practice will guide you through a series of asana (poses) & pranayama (breathing exercises) to balance the Solar Plexus chakra with an energizing yoga flow for willpower and motivation. The third chakra contains raw fiery energy and when it is balanced and healthy it can feed us, teach us and magnify our energy so that we can help others. Connect to your courage, your self-worth, self-esteem, and come in to your personal seat of power. This chakra area is the area where responsibility for serving others emerges. It is important for you to strengthen and balance this chakra if you want to discover and manifest whatever your amazing and unique gifts are for the world!
4th Chakra – Heart | I Love
The yoga practice will guide you through a series of asana (poses) & pranayama (breathing exercises) to balance the Heart Chakra and cultivate love, joy and inner peace. The heart is the physical bridge between the physical world and the mental world. The heart chakra is where the mind and body unite. It is important to strengthen and balance this chakra because it is our center for love, compassion and spirituality. It affects our ability to not only love others but to love ourselves. Ignite this Chakra’s power to live a full and joyful life!
5th Chakra – Throat | I Speak
The yoga practice will guide you through a series of asana (poses) & pranayama (breathing exercises) to balance your energetic and physical body. In this session, we bring focus to the Throat Chakra, an area the body that asks us to find our voice and snuggle up closer to our truth. Connect back to what matters most and discover your own self talk. Let go of what no longer serves in order to make space for your most magnificent self. You are invited to focus on your originality, expressing your authentic voice and using that voice to speak your truth. Allow the story to unfold.
6th Chakra – Third Eye | I See
The yoga practice will guide you through a series of asana (poses) & pranayama (breathing exercises) to allow you to trust your intuition and inner guidance. In this place resides a wisdom that can guide you through difficult moments, this area sees beyond the physical world gifting your with insight. When our Third Eye Chakra is in balance, we can rely on our ability to focus on, and see the big picture. It is also the center for psychic ability and higher intuition. Open up your mind to information beyond the material world and the 5 senses.
7th Chakra – Crown | I Know
The yoga practice will guide you through a series of asana (poses) & pranayama (breathing exercises) to allow you to get in touch with your higher power. Here resides the bliss state we feel in savasana and meditation, it enables us to witness our awareness and this is the seat of our soul. Experience how your mind becomes quiet and your energy expands beyond the boundaries of your physical body.
